What You'll DoThe Bilingual Auxiliary Specialist represents StartCHURCH by providing customers with an excellent and professional Auxiliary appointment and document preparation service.
They collaborate with other staff to help customers maintain non-profit compliance through various services, as well as, build and keep a long-lasting partnership with them.
They work with the team in a way that provides the highest form of legendary customer service to internal and external customers as defined below:

As a Bilingual Auxilary Specialist at StartCHURCH, you will:
Maintain company-established completion rates for the movement of clients through each service including, but not limited to, scheduling and conducting appointments; contacting clients to request required information necessary to complete services; completing documents once needed information is on file (i.
e.
Annual Reports, Charity Registration, and other state level compliance); and ensure successful client follow-up within the KPI metrics.
Above all, provide high-level customer service to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with clients throughout the entire process of applying for tax exemption.
Guide customers through completing various services by completing forms, applications, agreements, contracts, and other Auxiliary documents.
Provide nonprofit information relevant to the Auxiliary processes.
Communicate with state and congruous offices Submit online filings with the secretary of state and congruous offices, when applicable.
Research state rules and regulations for updates and new tools that will help serve our clients.
Collect, from the customer, the various documents and data necessary for the completion of the applicable service.
Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
Manage, organize, and update data relevant to all Auxiliary processes using database applications.
Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connect groups.
Be a subject matter expert in the auxiliary process to include:
all job-related communications and functions, providing instructions and resources, addressing inquiries that may arise, and implementing action plans according to administrative policies and procedures for both internal and external clients, by utilizing relevant methods.
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health, safety, and quality management.
Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
Attend all applicable training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Be punctual and participate in team meetings, training, conferences, projects, and team activities to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Complete all assigned jobs by the deadline in an accurate and timely manner.
Display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with customers.
Provide team phone support and assist with special projects.
