Process purchase orders and delivery receipts Matches purchase orders and delivery receipts to invoices Distributes invoices for approval by project managers or department heads Processes business licenses Prepare and process accounts payable checks as required Scans invoices to attach in accounting software Enter invoices into Foundation Correspond with vendors on invoice inquiries and discrepancies Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential Filing Perform other related duties as required Skills and Specifications Skills and Specifications:
Thoroughness Attention to Detail Organization Analyzing Information Accounting Vendor Relationships PC Proficiency Data Entry Skills General Math Skills Telephone Etiquette Time Management Skills Stress Management Skills Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, 10-key, and Foundation
Qualifications:
